we will be trekking around MacRitchie Reservoir this coming Saturday, 5 July 2008. The details are as follows:
Meeting Time: 830am

Bus services available to MacRitchie: 74,93,130,132,156,157,162,165,166,167,605,852,855,980. *Alight along Lornie Road at the bus-stop in fron of MacRitchie Reservoir Park.

Emergency Route
Bus services to Venus Drive:
132,163,165,166,167,640,855,980. *Alight along Upper Thomson Road near junction with Sing Ming Ave.
The trek will cover about 12 KM and from MacRitchie to the tree top and back to MacRitchie again. It will take about 3 to 5 hours to complete. Hence, please bring along alot of water or a minimum of 1.5 litres of water. You are to come in track pants or shorts and covered shoes. Optional items you may like to bring along would be mosquito repellant, poncho, cap and sunglasses.
