Hello.. These are the agendas that need to be completed-

> Discusiion about Club Crawl and Orientation *
- Materials needed for both occasions
- The flow of the events ( Ask for more ice-breaking games in the orientation)

> Clearing up the club room
> Create designs of Club Shirt and Wind-Breaker *
- Appointed 1 person to be in-charge for this club shirt and windbreaker.
- Do the design today if there is time
> For today's meeting, tell syed(newbie secretary) to write down today's meeting detail.
> Prepare for the coming new semester.
> On the 14th of March, this coming wednesday. tell syed and qing yang to attend the Club Crawl meeting at room E307 at 3pm. tell them to take down all the information.
> Ask Farah about the Club's Birthday proposal.. how is it going on? *
