Please take note of the following details:-

> Club room key is with Qing Yang. In case you all need to come to school to do some planning or preparation for the club crawl materials.

> Wee Siong, Qing Yang and Nicholas are authorise to withdraw the store room key. Please withdraw the key before saturday. SA office is close on weekends. Ask for key G105.

> Contact Fang Liang for cupboard keys. No cupboard keys, no target faces. no safety ropes to tie the target board to the target stand.

> All shooting has to be done in the range only. Safety first.

> Proposals, Club shirt & Windbreaker designs must be approve by Mr. Guru before going for printing.

> For club crawl materials, if you need to purchase stuffs, use your money first. OBTAIN THE RECEIPT AND KEEP THE RECEIPT. No receipt, no money return. Claiming will be done by treasurer.

> Fathima, please collect and keep the receipts that the club members produce when buying materials for club crawl. Later Ada will show you how to claim the $$.

> Nicholas, I'm leaving the banner and the flag measurement and printing to you. Get the measurements and consult Mr. Guru as he told me that he will help us print it out. I'll pass you the software.

>If you want to publish any announcement at this blog, please contact Rongjun(Vice-president) or Iskandar(secretary). Give them the details of the announcement.

> 7th April 2007, Saturday afternoon is the day where we want to see the club crawl preparation.

> Syed and biwen, i am still waiting for the minutes of the 2 meetings. where is it?

> Farah, please send in the club's birthday proposal to Mr. Guru 2 weeks before the actual day of celebration.

> Wee Siong and Qing Yang, all the best in conducting the training.

> If you need any help, Fang Liang, Ada and Iskandar will be around. Feel free to contact them.

> Juniors, please update the current committee about the club activities that you doing.

>>Senior members, join in the training with the current members whenever it is possible for you.
